HERBAL INTAKE DIRECTIONS

Tea
  • Hot Infusion: put designated amount of tea in tea ball or tea basket.  Pour hot water over tea and let sit 15 minutes or as directed.  Strain and drink as directed.
  • Cold Infusion: put designated amount of tea in cold or room temperature water and let sit one hour or as directed.  Strain and drink.
  • Decoction: put designated amount of tea and water in pot and simmer 30 minutes or as directed.  Strain and drink. 

Powder - Put designated amount of powder in ¼ cup of water,
applesauce, smashed banana, yogurt, smoothie, or bliss balls.

Tincture - Put dose of tincture in 1/8 – ¼ cup of water or juice, or
put tincture in hot tea (some of the alcohol will evaporate).  May
also take without any dilution.  Follow tincture with a red grape to
cut taste.

Store herbs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (i.e., in cabinet or pantry)
